    Reinforce community by providing mid-market multi-family projects within Portland’s secondary markets. These unique town cores have strong growth potential and an overall urban vision that supports local development. We focus on urban infill on parcels within opportunity zones, vertical housing development zones, between 10,000 to 25,000 square feet in size and capable of supporting (50) to (100) residences.

Seth W. Henderson

With more than twenty-five years of industry experience as a general contractor, construction manager, owner’s representative, operations manager, and developer, Seth leverages this experience to relate to and lead our project team partners. His leadership portfolio includes projects in the public and private spaces, including the high tech, biotech, healthcare, multifamily, retail, and office sectors. A Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Construction Manager (CCM), and a LEED AP, Seth is always looking for ways to improve process and product. Currently proudly serving on the CMAA Oregon Chapter Board. His family moved to the PNW in 2009 from the Bay Area for a better work-life balance and enjoy the continued pursuit of this goal

Jenny Jenkins

With 25 years in the industry, Jenny brings her architectural background and collaborative strengths to all aspects of our projects. Her extensive experience includes leading design teams on mixed-use projects of all sizes, as well as her approachable role as Director of Design within the development team to assure cost & production efficiency, marketability, and overall investor goals are met. Jenny is a member of the Urban Land Institute, and is currently ULI NW’s Chair for Mission Advancement locally.. As a Pacific Northwest native, she enjoys outdoor activities with her family and rooting for the Portland Timbers.
